Are YOU a Utah driver? Take this test and find out!

Do you mountain bike, or ride a bike on the street? If so, please wear a helmet!

Shelby Dodge information I have gathered

If you're new to the concept of turbochargers, you'll appreciate my primer on turbos. I give an overview on what they are, how they work, what intercoolers do, and more.

Unsure of the differences between the various Dodge turbo engines? Let me explain the differences between the Turbo I, Turbo II, Turbo III and Turbo IV powerplants.

Continuing to combat confusion (while also promoting alliteration), I have created a page to explain the various wheels (and their nicknames) used by Dodge and Shelby on the FWD performance cars. Don't know the difference between a pizza wheel and a swiss cheese wheel? Then take a peek at this page.

Interested in upgrading the brakes on your Omni/Charger/Rampage? I've compiled some interesting info based on using factory parts.

Shelby Dodge links I recommend

I like going fast in front-wheel-drive turbo Mopars. If you enjoy this as much as I do, you've got to meet some of my online friends like Gus Mahon and Gary Donovan.

The Shelby Dodge Auto Club is well represented on the web. There are chapters around the country, making it easy to find others who share the Shelby Dodge passion.

Want to buy a Shelby/Dodge turbo car? Check out what's for sale in the Turbo Dodge forums 'for sale' section.

For excellent information on fault codes--what they are and how they help you, I suggest you visit these pages written by Russell Knize. To put it modestly, this is the single best online resource for fault code troubleshooting.

Planning on intercooling your TurboI L-body? Then you'll need to look at these GLHS wiring harness conversion diagrams to properly graft in the new sensors.

General automotive links

If your driving and vehicle rights are important to you, the National Motorists Association is a group you should read about.

Reasonable Drivers Unanimous is another group devoted to sensible driving laws and conditions.

Car and Driver, my favorite magazine.

Alldata--their list of recalls and service bulletins for all cars.

TV shows I watch

My wife and I are both big NASCAR fans, so we spend many Sunday afternoons parked in front of our television cheering on our boy Jeff in the #24 DuPont Chevrolet.

Friends, Romans, Countrymen...

Carsten Ramcke is a kindred spirit and a good friend. Picture someone as crazy as I am, but a parent besides. If that concept doesn't scare you, it should.

Speaking of people who might scare you, my good friend Mark hosts his own site.

Hear ye, hear ye!

For online hard rock & heavy metal, you must visit HardRadio. This is my favorite 'radio' station in the world. Now I just need to figure out how to access it in my vehicles....

People with too much time on their hands

Suppose you owned a digital camera. Let's say you like the Bible. Let's also say you have a Lego fetish. Combine all these theoreticals and you could wind up with this. Or not.

For another scary use for a camera, check out a boy and his bunny. This page is in Japanese, but that doesn't matter--some things can transcend language and cultural barriers, such as balancing random objects on your pet's head. Or even bestiality.

Some folks might say there is a practical need for a Toilet Paper Encyclopedia... but not me. I figured out how to use the stuff years ago.

Think some people don't have too much time on their hands? Think again. (This page proves you can see anything you want to, provided you look hard enough.)

Is your car too slow? Maybe an extra shot of 50 free horsepower would be nice? You can do it, at home, for pennies! Check out this (and other) upgrades for all vehicles!

Not only is there a group dedicated to the preservation of the pink flamingo lawn ornament, but someone even made an animated graphic of (brace yourself) a pink flamingo doing the macarena.

Backyard Ballistics--just the kind of thing I didn't get enough of in my teen years.

Reasons to keep all your eggs in one basket.

The strange world in which we live

I did not make this up: www.WeMadeOutInATreeAndThisOldGuySatAndWatchedUs.com.

Lost your virginity? Feel bad about it? Don't worry--you can get it back!

The Card Games Site can teach you how to play Scopone, my favorite Italian card game.

News of the Weird - the title pretty much sums it up; this is a collection of strange-but-true news stories from around the globe. A new 'issue' is published each Monday, so be sure to check back weekly.

Bored with cooking? Need some culinary excitement in your life? Then take a look at Fun with Grapes: a case study. Try it at home, kids: it REALLY works! (Sorry, Lynda, but I have to leave this link on here. It may defile the sacred grape, but this is one of the classic web sites!)

Need even more food thrills? Hop on over to Strawberry Pop Tart Blowtorches and get an eyefull. You can try this one too, kids... if Mom and Dad aren't home.

Sherman's Lagoon - aquatic animal interaction at its best.

Dilbert - funny even though it often hits too close to home (err, work).

Businesses/Services

Let Allmath assist your forgetfulness with their math conversion tools. Nifty!

The Internet Movie Database is one of my favorite sites. Have a question about any Film ever made? You'll find the answer here.

All hail the Merriam-Webster online dictionary & thesaurus! Imagine never again having to get up out of your chair to verify proper spelling of an email message.

Look up someone's snailmail address with Switchboard, a nation-wide phonebook-type service. Then hop on over to MapQuest's Interactive Atlas, which produces a map that has a star where their house is. Try it for anyone in the US.

An excellent virus description database by Datafellows. Very resourceful.
